Prepaid Credit Card Apply
Online - Application Form
Thank you for choosing to apply for a Prepaid Mastercard. We'd like
to process
your application as soon as possible. So in order to save you time,
please ensure
you choose your method of application beforehand;
1) complete application & pay online using an existing credit/debit
card, or;
2) Complete application and send us payment direct using postal/money
order
Cash (by registered letter via land mail), or cheque.
If you apply using method 2, send us the following; Completed &
signed application form.
Legible copy of;
Your ID (drivers licence or passport) Legible copy of one of your
utility bills
(eg; gas/electric/water/tel bill – not mobile phone bill) less than
3 months old
Payment amount for each application. Please allow 10 days for your
application
to be processed and to receive your card with full instructions. Terms
